Ahmed Elahi is a seasoned Data and Technology Leader with over 15 years of experience building scalable data platforms, leading AI strategies, and driving digital transformation. As the Senior Director of Data at SkyShowtime, Ahmed has established data functions from scratch and supported a digital product launch in 22 countries. Previously, at Sky, he successfully scaled a cross-functional data department to close to 160 people, demonstrating his ability to lead and grow high-performance teams. His expertise spans Gen-AI, MLOps, data architecture, and cloud optimisation, with a strong focus on aligning data strategy with business goals. With a background that includes roles at Shell, Direct Line Group, PlayStation, Lego, and Roche, Ahmed has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions and fostering data-driven cultures. He holds an Executive MBA from Warwick Business School with a thesis on AI adoption in global organizations.
